New Issues

Problem 10751:  Client's using the Macintosh OS 10.7 (Lion) are experiencing significant delays when accessing Self-Service Banner (SSB) otherwise known as the Personal Services Tab in MyCat.   Information takes an average of 10 seconds to appear on the screen.  Issue occurs on all web browsers installed on Macintosh OS 10.7.  (information posted, 4/11/2012)

 

On-Going Issues

Problem 10670: Advisors with a long list of advisees are not able to use the "email your advisees" link inside the Personal Services tab in MyCat. When clicking on the link nothing happens.   This is not a bug with the software or a user error; it is simply how web browsers handle long URL strings (formatted text strings used by browsers and email clients to identify a network resources on the internet) .  Workaround steps to complete the email task can be found by clicking on the problem number.  (information last updated, 4/11/2012)

Problem 10711:  Students attempting to access their Catamount Mail accounts through MyCat for the first time may receive a blank screen instead of being directed to their email account.  Workaround steps to access and setup their Catamount Mail account for the first time can be found by clicking on the problem number.  (information last updated, 4/11/2012)
